Youth Ministry Upcoming Events

Retreats, Service Projects, and Fellowship Events for Grades 6-12

These are those “can’t miss” events that happen throughout the year. Opportunities include praise and worship that inspires, fellowship that supports, and service that makes a difference. These events help students grow personally and spiritually and provide opportunities to impact relationships and the community. We hope you and your family will build some traditions around these meaningful events. 

Middle School Summer Stretch (Entering Grades 6-8)

July 15 and July 29
8:30 AM-12:30 PM (Austin Campus)
Middle schoolers meet at the Austin Campus for a morning worship devotion followed by service, learning, and fun! Our time finishes with lunch together. Join us for all sessions, or choose the sessions that best fit your schedule. Each event day will include a devotional, an outing for service or fun, and lunch together. Adult leaders are also needed to help throughout the morning and with transportation. Register online by the deadlines indicated for each event:
  • July 15 — Matthew 25 Ministries ($10 Per Person) – Register by July 8
  • July 29 — Escape Room (Cost TBD based on signups) – Register by July 22

Youth H3: Hammock, Hike & Hang For Grades 6-12

First, Third and Fifth Wednesdays 
10:30 AM – Noon (Location varies)
Opt outside this summer on Wednesday mornings for some time in God’s creation. Put on your favorite hiking shoes, bring along a hammock, and spend some time outdoors. No registration required–just meet at the designated park!
  • July 3: Cox Arboretum – 6733 Springboro Pike, Dayton
  • July 17: Grant Park – 501 Normandy Ridge Road, Centerville
  • July 31: Sugarcreek Reserve – 4178 Conference Rd., Bellbrook

High School Ministry (HSM) 

Bonfire & Bible

Sunday, July 14
6:30-8:00 PM 
Offsite, Johns House
High schoolers, gather on second and fourth Sunday nights to fuel your faith around the fire. Invite your friends to join us for these laid-back summer evenings together. Bring a drink and a snack to share, and we’ll provide hot dogs and buns! Location varies. 

Youth Camp Out (Grades 6-12)

Friday, August 2, 6 PM – Saturday, August 3
9 AM (Austin Campus)
All Epiphany youth (entering 6th-completed 12th grade) and their friends are invited to join us for a night of food, fun, and fellowship as we camp out in tents, laugh and sing around the campfire, and play games together in celebration of summer.
Cost is $10 per person to cover food and supplies.
Register online by July 29.

Back to School Bash (For Grades 6-12)

Sunday, August 18
2-5 PM (Austin Campus)
Amp up for an exciting year of youth ministry at Epiphany with food, friends, and EPIC fun!
Cost is $10 per person to cover food and supplies.
