Employment & Service Opportunities

Epiphany Lutheran Church offers different types of work opportunities, including staff positions (full time and part-time), seasonal jobs, internships and volunteer positions. If you are interested in working for Epiphany, prayerfully consider whether your skills and experience match the open employment opportunity.
Candidates who are regular attendees or members of Epiphany Lutheran Church often receive first consideration. We identify many of our top candidates from our volunteers, who are already serving in a specific ministry or department and understand our mission and priorities. We get to know them, and they get to know our leadership. If you are not already serving as a volunteer, please contact serve@epiphanydayton.org, and we will help to get you connected in the right ministry or department.

Are you looking for a way to serve God with your time and talents while making a difference in the lives of others? Short-term and long-term volunteer positions are available periodically and are a great way to serve the church while building your resumé. Many of these positions are part-time and flexible. To learn more, please contact serve@epiphanydayton.org or call the Church Office at 937-433-1449, ext. 105. We look forward to serving with you!.
