Women’s Ministry

Growing Faith. Deepening Relationships.

Women wear many hats through the journey of life – friends, wives, moms, daughters, sisters, grandmas, work and school, volunteers – the list goes on. Whether you are single, married or widowed, retired or working, an empty-nester or mom with kids at home, Epiphany’s Women’s Ministry provides opportunity to continue growing in your relationship with God and each other through worship, service, fellowship, and study.

Women's Bible Study

Women’s Bible Study on break through October

Wednesdays, 9:15 AM

Far Hills Conference Room

This weekly Bible study provides women the opportunity to grow in their knowledge and faith, but also connect with friends, new and old. This small group continues to be a vibrant mix of ladies who enjoy learning about God’s Word and discussing his work in our lives. Throughout the year, different topics are studied. We occasionally purchase a book to supplement our study. All ladies are welcome.

Mom’s Groups

Moms of all ages and stages in life are encouraged to get involved in our Mom’s Group ministry! Moms meet for faith and fellowship – either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly – to provide emotional and spiritual support to one another in our role as Christian mothers and friends. Join a new group or participate with an existing group for encouragement, ideas, and support as we balance and thrive in our important calling as mothers.

Epiphany Quilters

Touching the lives of those in need. We give away about ten children’s quilts each time Epiphany sponsors Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN), both in Greene County and Warren County. So we can continue to provide quilts to these children, we could always use a few more willing sewers. The fun we have is choosing lively, kid- friendly fabrics, sewing them together in interesting (and even wild!) patterns and tying and/or machine quilting the layers.

Quilting is FUN and we actually produce a product. And what is more satisfying than knowing you have given a special gift to a homeless child? If you would like to learn more, please contact membercare@epiphanydayton.org.

Retreats & Renewal Events

Periodic retreats and renewal events are offered to help women get away from it all and focus on their relationship with Christ. This includes half-day renewal events, life coaching, and more.
