2022 Operation Prom Dress Boutique

March 12, 9 AM-2 PM

We are pleased to offer Operation Prom Dress again this year, and due to COVID conditions, we will host the same boutique, appointment-style format as last year. Participants will need to make an appointment to get a dress, shoes, and accessories. Unfortunately, alterations will not be provided.

Appointments will be held to a strict 30-minute timeframe, as we want to serve as many women as possible. Attendees will be allowed *ONE* guest. Operation Prom Dress provides gowns and accessories to high school students. All young ladies looking forward to attending a prom are welcome to attend. At Epiphany, it is more than just making prom dreams come true. We are dedicated to promoting positive self-image and confidence in teen girls based on their identity in Christ and inner beauty.

Held in the spring (typically in March) of each year at our Far Hills Campus, the girls are treated to a day of beauty and grace. After a light breakfast, each girl has the opportunity to select a prom dress and have her hair and make-up done by professionals who are donating their time and services. The girls will finish the day with a mini-photo shoot, lunch, prayer, and presentation of a Bible.

If you are unable to make it to the event, we may have some dresses available one additional day, if requested and if volunteers are able to accommodate.

Provide Donations

Epiphany accepts special occasion dresses and accessories to benefit young women who otherwise may not be able to attend the prom. Monetary donations are also accepted online or make checks payable to Epiphany Lutheran Church; write “OPD” in the memo.
