Supporting Local Food Pantries and Homeless Shelters

Each February for the past 29 years, Epiphany has hosted an annual Day of Caring brunch to raise funds for local food pantries and homeless shelters. This February, due to the pandemic, the Day of Caring organization will be holding a “Day of Giving” on February 28, in place of the brunches. In fact, Epiphany will honor this Day of Giving the month of February.

Donations: The need for food and shelter for the hungry and homeless is greater this year than any year in the history of Day of Caring. If you would like to participate in the Day of Giving, you can make a contribution to Day of Caring through through online giving on Epiphany’s website under “GIVE/SERVE” anytime through February 28. Or, if you prefer to send a check, it should be made out to Epiphany with “Day of Caring” in the check memo.

Donations of Personal Hygiene Items: We will also collect personal hygiene items, which will be distributed through Day of Caring’s pantry for those in need.

You may bring your donations to the Far Hills Campus under the overhang Wednesday, February 24, 5-7 p.m., or Thursday, February 25, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Suggested items this year include travel size or regular size:
