Health & Wellness

Epiphany’s Health & Wellness Team offers monthly blood pressure screenings at both campuses, as well as flu shots in the fall, periodic eye tests, and informational brochures. Registered nurses are encouraged to join this team. Please contact  membercare@epiphanydayton.org for more information or to join this team.

What is the Faith Community Health Care Ministry Program? Epiphany, along with many other local area churches, is part of Good Samaritan Hospital’s Health Ministry Program, a cooperative effort in which local hospitals and other health agencies support the faith community. Healing, health, and wellness are promoted among the members and the people in the community the congregation serves. Health Ministries provide education, information, and resources in the areas of disease prevention and wellness promotion.

Flu Shots: When possible, Epiphany makes arrangements with a local pharmacy to provide flu shots in the fall of each year.
