Children & Youth

Volunteers are needed year-round to assist with programs for children and youth. Children’s volunteer opportunities include our Child Care Center, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and various other children and family ministry programs and events throughout the year. If God has given you the passion to help children ages birth through fifth grade grow in faith, contact Anastasia Rodgers.

Volunteers are also needed for youth programs on Sunday mornings, confirmation, small groups, youth praise band, and many other programs, events, outings and trips throughout the year. If your gift is helping to reach youth (grades 6-12), get in touch with Erin Haligowski.

It is a goal of Epiphany Lutheran Church to welcome children and youth into our church, provide opportunities for their faith development and Christian Education, and to keep them safe while they are here. We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children, youth, volunteers, and staff who participate in ministries, activities, and events sponsored by our church.

Because the safety of our children and youth is of the utmost importance to us, an application and criminal background check is required of all those who work with children or youth. We also provide a volunteer handbook and require parental consent for the children and youth participating in our programs.
